Pääsiäismunamaistelu / Easter Eggs

Hyvää pääsiäisen aikaa kaikille blogimme seuraajille! Pääsiäinen jatkuu helluntaihin asti eli yhteensä 50 päivää. On siinä juhlaa kerrakseen! Ostin tällaisia munia kaupasta. Ja nyt kommentit niistä. 

Äärimmäisenä vasemmalla on Rainbowin pääsiäismunia. Ne ovat tin köis, sopivan kokoisia. Onttoja sisältä. Ei yllätystä. Eivät kovin makeita. 

Samanmerkkiset Ruohomunat olivat meikäläisen mielestä enemmän "suunmyötäisiä". Nämä ovat pienempiä. Täyttä suklaata, ei onttoja. Makeus sopiva. Nättejä vaikka syötäviksi pääsiäiskoristeiksi.

Seuraavaksi siirryttiin munamaisteluissa perinteisiin yllätysmuniin. Kinderillä oli tänä vuonna salmonellakohu. Ostamani munat eivät kuuluneet saastuneeseen erään. Kinderissä on valkosuklaata ja tavallista suklaata. Maku tuttu perinteinen. Harmi, kun eivät tee enää kunnollisia yllätyksiä, vaan tätä koottavaa muovirihkamaa. Oikeastaan yllätyksen suojakuori on käyttökelpoisempi esimerkiksi pikkutavaroiden säilytykseen kun itse yllätys.

Mr Surprisessa oli myös koottava juttu, jota ei edes saanut kasaan. Suklaa oli hyvää.

Viimeiseksi oli Pandan muna. Siinäkin valko- ja tavallista suklaata. Sisällä nätti ei-koottava pandamaskotti, joka oli plussaa.

Olemme kirjoittaneet viisi vuotta kyläkirjaa ja olen koko ajan maininnut, että kirjoituksia otetaan mielellään vastaan SÄHKÖPOSTILLA. Siitä kun ne on helppo kopioida ja liittää kyläkirjaan. Pari päivää sitten joku kysyi, että voiko kirjaan lähettää tekstejä sähköpostitse. Voi hyvä jysäys! No, odotellaan tässä nyt muutama Eila mitä sieltä tuleman pitää. Lopuksi tuoreimmat kuulumiset epäonnistuneesta hirsirakennushankkeestamme. Tilasimme asiantuntijan tutkimaan, voisiko rakennusvirheiden korjaukseen saada avustusta. Kyllä voi. Parhaassa tapauksessa 35 prosenttia. Ehdot ovat todella tiukat. Täytyy olla selvillä kustannusarviot ynnä muut. Kävijä ihmetteli että rakentajille on tullut jokin "oikosulku" kun följareihin ei oltu kairattu koloja laskeutumisvaraksi. Hän sanoi että ei-asiantuntijakin huomaa tuollaisen virheen. 

Pelkkä korjaustyö tulee maksamaan yli 6000 euroa ja siihen vielä muut asennukset päälle, joten 10 000 eurolle käy äkkiä köpelösti. Eihän tuosta saa koskaan sellaisia summia takaisin, vaikka se yrityskäyttöön rakennettiinkin. Maksaisivatko meillä töissä olleet remppaheikat korjauskulut. Hehän eivät kiirehtineet rakennuksen valmistumisen kanssa, joten pätäkkätä heillä lienee jäänyt säästöönkin.

Finally, the latest news from our failed log building project. We commissioned an expert to investigate whether a grant could be awarded for the repair of construction defects. Yes you can. At best, 35 percent. The conditions are really strict. Must be aware of cost estimates and others. The visitor was amazed that the builders had some sort of "short circuit" when no holes had been drilled in the feljara to allow for landing. He said even a non-expert will notice such an error.

The repair work alone will cost more than 6,000 euros and other installations on top of it, so for 10,000 euros it will suddenly go awry. After all, such sums will never be recovered, even if it was built for business use. Would the sluggish repair costs we had at work pay. After all, they weren't in a hurry with the completion of the building, so they probably had some savings.

Rakennusvirheitä

Kyllä nyt kiukuttaa..... Tiedättehän tämän meidän onnettoman hirsirakennushankkeen? Palkkasimme näennäisesti edulliset "kirvesmiehet" kokoamaan hirsikehikkoa. He osoittautuivat ammattitaidottomiksi, alkoholiongelmaisiksi ja kaiken lisäksi veloittivat meiltä puolet liikaa työtunteja.

Maa- ja metsätilalla on monenlaista tekemistä. Lisäksi huonokuntoinen lähiomainen huollettavana. Tänä keväänä sattui sopiva sauma rakennusvirheiden selvittämiseen. Jouduin palkkaamaan kalliin asiantuntijan neuvomaan, mitä on tehtävissä ko tapauksessa. Sain hyvät ohjeet, mutta nyt tänne periferiaan ei löydy korjaajaa.  Ja jos jostain tekijä löytyy, joutuu itse maksamaan hänelle palkan omasta rahapussistaan, vaikka toiset ovat tehneet virheet. Tämä on väärin. Kaiken järjen mukaan he jotka ovat tehneet rakennusvirheet, kuuluu itse maksaa niiden korjaus. Lisäksi vielä se että työtunteja veloitettiin liikaa.

Tuvan puolella ylin seinähirsi puuttuu kokonaan kun rakentajat ilmeisesti humalassa keksivät alkaa paikkaamaan aukkokohtia seinähirsillä eikä varta vasten tarkoitukseen hankituilla uusilla hirsillä. Tässä on tullut niin paljon rakennusvirheitä, että työn teettäjääkin nolottaa vaikkei itse ole ollut rakentamassa.

Olen kysellyt kolmelta eri hirsirakentajalta tulisivatko he korjaamaan Pirtin rakennusvirheitä. Kaikki ovat kieltäytyneet. Nyt on kierroksessa neljäs timpuri.

And if an author is found somewhere, he or she has to pay him or her a salary out of his or her own wallet, even though others have made mistakes. This is wrong. By all accounts, those who have made construction defects are responsible for paying for their repair themselves. In addition, the hours worked were overcharged.

There was no room for landing on the upper floors installed to support the building. Even old logs are shrinking. In one of the partitions, feljari catches the bulkhead. Windows, doors, corner moldings, everything must be checked once the building is made of hutil. Something has been done at one point and not done at another. On the side of the cottage, the top wall log is completely missing when the builders are apparently drunk inventing to start patching the openings with the wall logs and not with the new logs acquired for the purpose. There have been so many construction defects here that even the client was embarrassed even though he had not been building himself.

I have asked three different log builders if they would fix Pirt's construction defects. Everyone has refused. Now there is a fourth snapper in the round.
